Wooden/Bamboo Toothpick Product Line

 

1. Brief:Our factory is a fixed-point manufacture of disposable hygiene sizes bamboo chopsticks machine, bamboo toothpick machine, wood toothpick machine. Our machines are more advanced than the previous generations machines in technical, operational, production, various aspects of quality of products and so on. It is more beautiful, more applicable and reliable.
Toothpick is a once consumables, which is an inexhaustible market for the project and is very suitable for producing wooden toothpick by family investment. This project without environmental pollution, less investment, quick, high returns, is suitable for all people who want to start their own business.
2. Wooden Toothpick Technical Process:
Saw(1400、1050、700、350)×60×35(mm)square dry wooden block-----slice------ Drawbench----------set size of wirelike stick(cut wirelike stick to three times of toothpick length)-------set size of small wirelike stick to toothpick  length stick -----polishing-------- aligning(making all this small polished stick in order)  --- sharpen ends(or milling and sharpen)---packing
3. Equipment List Description:

A. Toothpick generally is made of poplar, white birch, cedar, eucalyptus.
B. Using logs, square timber or other different sizes branch, cutting to wooden block by wood band saw or circular saw, and then feed into No. 1 -- 7 machine processed into wooden toothpick.
C.  Above 7 machines working together as a production line with 800,000 pcs (2 tip) or 600,000 (tip end and empaistic end)per 8-hour
D. Labor requirement: 5-7 workers(open man and woman), practically, this line needs about 12 KW electricity consumption.
E. For double tip ends toothpick, we need substitute No.7 machine to Model TJ－642.
F. We can use small diameter wood limb to produce toothpick.
G. Usually, one cubic meter of wood can produce 1,200,000 pcs of toothpick of ф2.2mm and length 65mm. Weight 150-200kg according to softwood and hardwood.
H. Supply with user manual, blanch method of wood, other auxiliary parts(vulnerable parts, special tools and so on). This is included in following quotation.
4. Equipment function description:
 Saw: band saw or circular saw. Function: to cut the raw log to specific dimension wooden batten.
 Slicing machine: to cut the wooden batten to slice.
 Drawbench : to make the slice to wirelike wooden thread.
 Set size machine of wooden thread:  to cut the slice to specified length( 3 times of toothpick length)
 Set size machine of toothpick stick:  to cut the small slice to toothpick length
 Polishing machine: polish the surface of toothpick stick.
 Aligning machine: to make the sticks in order and prepare for next processing.
 Sharpen machine: sharpen both ends of stick or sharpen one end to tip and another end pressing flower.
 Toothpick Packing machine: to pack the ready made products to packages.
 Multi function Blade sharpen machine:  This is an auxiliary equipment for this line to sharpen the blades in above machines.
