This machine can cut the following vegetables and fruits, such as white radish, ginger, carrot, potato, pineapple, taro, sweet potatoes, mango, pineapple, and apple etc. corm into cube, silk /strip. It is applicable in Central Kitchen, restaurant, and food processing workshop.
