How To Grill Corn With Husks
To grill corn with corn husks:
Pull back the husk and take out the corn silk. Then fold the husk back over the ear of corn and soak in a pan of salted water for at least an hour. Take the corn out of the water when it is time to grill. At this point you can place butter inside the husk, but this is not required. Wrap the corn in the husk and tie the top with a strip of the corn’s own husk. Ready? Place the corn on the grill and turn as it cooks. Your husk will brown and pieces will burn, but this only adds to the flavor of the grilled corn.
