CHILI DRYER
This drying oven is suitable for the material and for the product hot solidification
and drying de-watering
in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light
industry, heavy industry and so on. Such as:chili, pepper, raw material medicine, crude
drug, prepared herbal traditional Chinese medicine, plaster, powder, particle, drinking agent,
pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, de-watering vegetable, dried fruit piece, sausage,
plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish etc.

Explanations
1. For the heating source, there are four kinds: steam, electricity, heat conducting oil,
both steam and electricity.
2. The temperature (steam heating): 50-140℃, Max 150 ℃
3. The temperature (electricity): 50-300℃
4. The automatic control system or the computer control system is selectable.
5. Commonly used steam pressure 0.2-0.8 MPa (2-8kg/cm2).
6. If the electrical heating is type 1, the calculation is 15KW, and the practical use
is 5-8 kw/h.
7. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.
8. The price for the non-standard oven should be consulted.
9. The operation temperature is more than 140℃ or less than 60℃ should be indicated at
the time of order.
10. The oven and baking plates made by our factory are uniform in the dimensions, and can
be exchanged each other.
CHILI DRY WASHER
Application
Chili Dry Cleaning Machine is the most important step for chili processing, before we mill chili,
we should clean the raw materials, there are two ways to clean chilies, one is wet clean—by water
to clean chili, another is dry clean—by chili drying cleaning machine, it’s more popular for
manufactures to choose dry cleaning machine to clean chili, in this way, the chili will become more
drier and more easy to mill. Also this dry cleaning way can save water and increase work efficiency.

Work Theories and Usage:
There is rotary drum (inlaying acrylic brushes) installed in the machine. Through the rubbing of
the chili peppers & rotary drum, the light impurities (dust) brushed away from chili peppers will
be discharged by the draught fan, and the heavy impurities will fall to the two bottom outlets during
the rotating of the drum.

Application
Chili crusher will hammer the raw materials into crushed materials. It can also be named as hammer
crusher (widely applied to all kinds of materials, like wheat, corn, chili peepers etc. into coarse
crushed materials)

Brief Instruction:

BCH Series 400kg/H Roller Mill
Application:
It is widely applied to the dehydrated ginger, star aniseeds, chili peppers, coriander and Chinese
wild peppers.
Main Technical Parameters for BCH-400kg:
1. Output: process 400kg per hour (50 meshes).
2. The voltage: 380V, 50HZ; Bulk: about 14 m3;
3. The size of workshop. It needs a workshop; the length of the workshop is around 5m.The span is around 3.5m,

Work Theories and Usage:
The 2 pairs of rollers will press and shear to the raw materials, which will get to the final powder goal.
The materials discharged from the rollers will enter to the prolonged cylinder to sift. The qualified mesh
powder will be packed, and the unqualified powder will be sent to the roller again by the auger automatically.
