I. Brief introduction:

This machine can produce and press all kinds of melamine tableware. Raw materials can be wood, bamboo, corn, chaff, rice straw, corn stalk, bagasse, bamboo powder, saw-dust and some other crops straw and shell. The machine can applique and print on the tableware. The machine can be with high speed mixer, mould, edge grinding machine, etc. Annual output is 4 pcs/min. It also can produce large products. We can make moulds according to customer’s requirements.

II. Working principle:

This machine is composed of main machine, hydraulic control system, electrical instrument and heater etc. The main machine has two parts, upper board and lower board. The hydraulic device is placed on the top of oil tank and the electrical box is on the front. The oil pressure gauge shows the pressure and the pressure switch controls the pressure. The plunger piston presses the mould from fast to slow, then heats by heating device to make the material sulfurization and form. The distance between upper board and lower board can be adjusted by the nut. The max distance can be 300-400mm.

III. Features:

(1) The running speed is from fast to slow to reduce the impact of the machine. And the voice is low. It is not easy to damage the mould.
